Release Candidate Notes.

RC 5 adds 'animate' to the bull when it gets animated, which I can't believe I forgot to do. So now the bull can be attacked (bad idea), given the ice cream cone (bad idea), etc. Also had forgotten to deal with items placed on the bull before it activated (now items just fall off the bull when placed there). Finally, added more teleport locations to the map (hammock, trees, and yes finally Rockurst Rd too).

The current version is RC05. Barring major bugs this should be the last release candiate before golden master.
